Power BackUp

When poor utility power supply, bad weather or other conditions interrupt power service, business, offices and homeowners can find themselves unable to run necessary appliances and lights.  Therefore, appliances remain unusable until power from the grid is restored.

For emergency backup power during typical power outages, we have two basic solutions:  Petrol or diesel generators and inverter/chargers which are battery-based systems that represent a fairly simple and silent alternative.

Petrol or Diesel Generators

Generators are the most common emergency power backup solutions.  We supply both portable and stationary generators of various capacities. For stationary generators, we supply regular generators as well as advanced silent generators.

Inverter/charger

Inverter/chargers convert AC power from the grid into DC to charge a set of batteries. When power from the grid is lost, the inverter/charger automatically converts the stored DC battery power into AC for use at the business, office or home.  The length of time that the inverter/charger supplies emergency power depends on its overall capacity and the type and number of appliances connected to the backup system.
